Is it just us, or does all of a sudden it seem like this year has flown by, and we are just about to reach that point where Fall blows in, and we are busy E V E R Y S I N G L E weekend? Well, if you are feeling like we are, we have a suggestion to help you slow down before the rush of fall sweeps us off our feet! Join Mountain Spirit Yoga this weekend for their retreat Surreybrooke. Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 10am to 1:00pm. Start with a 60-minute Gentle Yoga Practice to explore the senses, deepen your connection to nature, and celebrate the change of seasons. No prior experience needed! Enjoy a guided tour through Surreybrooke, then gather back at the Lark Pavilion to enjoy a picnic lunch. Link to register will be in the comments!
15 years ago, I started working for Middletown as the Main Street Manager! It’s hard to believe- but wow! Having Burgess John Miller as a boss? Couldn’t ask for more! Working with awesome Board members for the last 15 years- you guys inspire me all the time! Volunteers? Simply the best! Getting to drop by and chat with business owners?
