We Love This Community
Main Street Middletown, MD Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a mission to enhance the quality of life and economic vitality of the downtown community.
We bring together all aspects of the community – residents, businesses, and local officials, as well as county and statewide partners to revitalize, preserve, promote and support the historic downtown area. We want to see the downtown thrive!
We strive to give the whole world a taste of Middletown by strategically marketing our community, highlighting the natural beauty of the valley, the array of architectural styles all packed into the four-mile stretch of the National Road, and the variety of businesses that populate our Main Street.
Our board is comprised of enthusiastic volunteers, motivators, creative-thinkers, and folks who just love this community.

The Main Street Middletown Board of Trustees is a dedicated group of individuals who serve on the Board for 2 year terms.
I joined the Main Street Middletown Board because Middletown holds a special place in my heart. It’s where my husband and I grew up, where we and our two children live, and where I worked, as the Town’s Financial Officer. I’ve always appreciated the charm of our downtown as well as the special community that gives it life! I’ve seen our community change and grow, over the 28 years I’ve been a part of it, and it is important to me to persevere our history and enrich our future. I’m lucky to be involved in an organization that allows me to do this!
